How To Get Rockhopper's Key
In order to access the Captain’s Quarters on Club Penguin you need to have a special key called Rockhopper's Key. To obtain this key, go to the Book Room, located above the Coffee Shop. Look for the book titled The Journal of Captain Rockhopper.
