Back in late July on the Club Penguin Blog we were asked to vote in a poll on which costume we wanted to return for Halloween. The options available were the clown, pirate, or dragon. The team has counted the votes and has announced that the returning Halloween Costume will be... the Blue Dragon Costume! Here is what Megg wrote:

As Megg mentioned, the Blue Dragon Costume will be available for members to purchase in the October 2014 Penguin Style catalog.Members can pick up this costume in the Penguin Style catalog, October 2!
