Club Penguin Blog: Thanks for Playing Club Penguin in the Russian and German Languages

After first being announced towards the end of June, the Russian and German versions of Club Penguin will be closing this Wednesday, September 2nd.

On Thursday Megg made a farewell post on the blog:

Hi Penguins,

As you may know, back in July we announced that Club Penguin in the Russian and German languages will be closing Sept. 2, 2015. Once again, those of you that are affected by this are ALWAYS welcome on our other languages.

To say thanks to all of you in the community for your dedication and enthusiasm. We've gathered up some of our favorite pictures that were submitted to celebrate our Russian and German players.
