Club Penguin Halloween Party October 2014 - Solve The Mystery!

Club Penguin’s annual Halloween Party has been released! This is their tenth Halloween Party. The whole island is decorated and there is a spooky quest at the haunted Puffle Hotel. The quest is also available on mobile.


Main Party Features

When you first log on you will appear at the Plaza. Gary will then talk to you.

Gadzooks! My great uncle Gariwald is lost in the Puffle Hotel and it’s teeming with ghosts! What happened in there?!

Can you search the hotel for Gariwald? Maybe that new bellhop can be of assistance.

To get started head over to the Haunted Puffle Hotel. Skip, the new bellhop, will then talk to you.

Hi! Hope I didn’t spook you. I’m Skip, the bellhop. I just started here and all this creepy stuff’s happening!

You’re looking for Gariwald? We gotta get power back to the elevator. I think the generator’s in the Basement.

Go to the basement. Waddle to the open trapdoor on the right side of the Puffle Hotel’s lobby. Skip will continue to talk to you in a special party icon at the top right corner of your screen next to the Mod icon. If you go to the elevator without turning on the power Skip will talk to you.

Once you’re in the basement you will see three power levers. Solve the puzzle by clicking them to turn the power back on.

When the power is back on all three levers will be pointing upward and the red light will turn green.


You will spot your first Ghost Puffle near the elevator!


Skip will then talk to you.

Did they take Gariwald?! We better use the elevator to search the hotel.

Search the hotel. Check out the storage room on floor 12. You will see some Ghost Puffles and Gariwald's Ghost Catcher.

Ahh! Ghost puffles! Be careful!

That machine looks like Gariwald's ghost catcher. But it's missing pieces!

Do you think we could use it to stop the nasty ghost puffles? Then maybe we'll find Gariwald.

Next you have to go to the Sitting Room on floor four.


The puzzle for floor four is:

Thirteen fires block this floor. Douse them all to breach the door.

Simply throw snowballs to douse the fire.


Once you extinguish all thirteen fires the door will open. You can then collect the piece that was unveiled. If you replay the quest you will unlock coins.


Skip will then talk to you.

That's what they're hiding! Pieces from the ghost catcher upstairs!

If we collect all the pieces, we'll be able to stop this scary haunting stuff. Unfortunately for now, the quest ends here. Make sure to check back everyday for more puzzles and items.


Party Items

Everyone can collect the haunted luggage while members can collect the wings. As mentioned above, check back each day for more items!


Miscellaneous Things

As usual, there are three special emotes for the party. There’s the vampire fangs, a pumpkin, and a ghost.


There are many decorated rooms on the island so make sure you check them out. Unfortunately many rooms have the same designs as last year. The map has also been updated.


This year's Halloween Party is huge! The quest is interesting, fun and a little challenging to do. The downside of the quest at this year’s party is that you need to log on on other days for more when it’s released.
