The Team has partnered with The Scout Association in the UK to help share safety message with Cubs, Beavers and Scouts across the country. Prior to that, Daffodaily5 is hosting a meetup this Sunday! Here is what Daffo wrote:
Hiya!
As you know, we launched It Starts With You last year to help spread the word (like digital butter) about how to stay safe on the internet. To spread that word even further (like digital butter on a new piece of online toast) we have partnered with The Scout Association in the UK, who have agreed to help share our safety message with Cubs, Beavers and Scouts across the country. Which is super brill, obviously.
What's possibly even more brill, is that we're hosting a special online event this Sunday (October 5th) to celebrate this important new friendship! Join me and the rest of the UK team for a mega Scouts Scavenger Hunt on the server Mountain at 3pm (UK time). Here's a clue about where to meet me:
In the true spirit of the Scouts, we're all going to wear a uniform for our expedition, so please wear the Online Safety Sweater item (see me above!) If you don't have this item yet, you just need to take the Online Safety Quiz by clicking the clipboard icon in the top left of the screen in-game.
