Club Penguin has been working hard on Hebert's upcoming plans lately. Just like last year's Operation: Hot Sauce in April, there will be a mini EPF event that will occur later this month! Here's the storyline I found in Club Penguin's files:
Herbert has returned! After being carried away by the puffles into the Wilderness during Operation: Puffle, nothing has been heard from him and Klutzy since. But, the EPF have confirmed their location at the Tallest Mountain in the Wilderness. It seems Klutzy has found Herbert in the Wilderness and they are both inhabiting at the Tallest Mountain! Herbert seeks revenge, and their next plan is to blow up the volcano at the Dojo, which is the Fire Dojo! Help Sensei and the EPF defend the Fire Dojo from Herbert...in Operation: Jitsu.
