Club Penguin has updated their membership page! It gives us a glimpse on upcoming features members can expect in the future. Surprisingly, only 1 of 3 section shows this month's features, and 2 of them shows upcoming features. The 2013 Halloween Party begins October 17th and ends October 31st. A new Puffle Care system will also be released too!
