Minor Club Penguin Updates – Herbert’s Website, Martial Artworks Catalog, Logoff Screen, Igloo Music

Along with Club Penguin’s big updates here are the small ones! Herbert, or Darth Herbert's website, was updated.

Second of all the Ninja Catalog was updated slightly. There is now a little member badge on each page.
