We haven't heard much from the EPF about the pesky polar bear, Herbert lately since his failed Operation: Hot Sauce except an EPF message about him keeping a low profile. But it looks like we'll be seeing Herbert in no time:

A rumor of a Summer Jam occuring in July or August circulated in the Twitter community is a good time for Herbert to strike. What do you think his next scheme will be?
