You may know this head item, as it is mostly seen worn by Billybob. It was available along with the Red, Blue Yellow and Pink Ball Cap, in the Ball Cap Collection.

When it was released in the January 2013 Penguin Style, it looks different on the player card as it is tilted and has a new graphic design. However, it has the same in-game sprite as the member version.
