This is the 'Party Hat'or 'Beta Hat' as many penguins call it, was released on Club Penguin's Beta Test Party (September 21, 2005) It was available for only two hours! Who created this? Screenhog, one of Club Penguin's former moderator, created this. He picked two colors, pink and yellow which he thought was tacky, and put them on a cone hat. He did this to hopefully to make the item less desirable and unwanted in the future. However, his plans backfired and it is the most desired item on Club Penguin. Many penguins tried to hack this item with cheat engines but this results their penguin being banned.
