The Christmas Scarf is a rare neck item because it was only released in two Christmas Parties -- Christmas Party 2005 and 2007. In other news, my test penguin -- Feilunhai23 has this item, too!
Did you know that during the Christmas Party 2007, it was released a few days available, but only available for half an hour until it was removed. It was brought back a little bit on December 24. It was the first Non-Member neck available at a party and is mostly seen around Christmas time. 10,400 of them were already given away during Club Penguin's first Christmas Party -- 2005.
