Among the three new items on the second page, two are new while one is a returned item .The new items are the General Store Front for 800 coins and the Deluxe Tool Chest for 200 coins. The returned item is the Lamp Post, which costs 175 coins.
The rest of these items on the next two pages are returned from last year, too.
